Beginner Question: TV ratings

Hey guys, this is my current TV rating difference.

Should I worry about my RAW ratings compared to Smackdown lol

But my Viewships is the opposite..

What should I do? Should I move some of my Smackdown wrestlers to Raw? Or Am I doing something wrong?
